To encourage and strengthen Taiwan's indigenous youth to participate in international affairs and to cultivate young talents to participate in global and regional international conferences on indigenous peoples, creating new dimensions to Taiwan’s cultural diplomacy.
To facilitate the ability of the Austronesian youth’s participation in international affairs, and to bridge the local and international communities to enhance their abilities to participate in public affairs.
To strengthen the exchange of culture and policy issues between members of the Austronesian Forum, establishing a dialogue and communication platform to continue mutual exchanges.
To collect information on the annual activities of international indigenous peoples, and to enhance the ability of indigenous peoples' Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in understanding of current international situation.
To promote long-term cultivation of young talents in international affairs to serve as volunteers for the related activities of the Council of Indigenous Peoples (CIP) and the Austronesian Forum, and to enhance the effectiveness of their public participation.
